THE SHOP

The shop is running mainly over insta. Meaning; you can always write a DM for anything you might want/need and also purchase items over Instagram.

All pieces being sold are preloved/vintage. You can find the ‘condition’ of each garment in the caption (also ‘as good as new’ means that the item might have been worn before but is still in exceptional shape)

Communication is most direct and easy over Instagram. So, if you have questions, want to create a bundle, negotiate a discount, do a swap… write a dm and your request will be answered within a day by the latest.

20% of the monthly Sales will go to charity/humanitarian aid (and you can always choose to donate more during checkout ;))

SHIPPING

Shipping takes place from Germany.

To be as sustainable as possible, all orders are shipped in either reused or paper based packaging.

Orders will usually be posted within the first two days.
Times when the shop is on holiday/items cannot be shipped will be announced on the website as well as Instagram.

After your item has arrived, I would be super happy if you left a Feedback that can be as short or as long as you like, telling me how your experience was.

Updates about new drops, sales and features will be posted always on time on insta and on the website

Please know that you can always message me. There’s nothing that can’t be solved or talked about. If you have questions or want to negotiate, my prices are not always fixed and I bet we can work out a good deal. I’m happy to help you with anything!

RETURN POLICY

Disclaimer: since sustylableshop is a self-owned little business, returns and refunds are a logistically complicated process. This is why I kindly ask you to thoroughly inquire about all details listed in the description beforehand and to get in contact via instagram or mail if there is more specific information you’d like to know.

Before returning an item, please send a DM on instagram to @sustylableshop or an email to hello@sustylable.shop stating the name of the item you want to return and the number of your order as well as the reason you’d like a refund.

You can return an item within 14 days for a refund.

If you find it doesn’t fit, or is not how you desired it, Sustylableshop does not cover the shipping costs.

If however, obvious flaws or differences are at hand, that are not visible in the pictures, or listed in the items’ description, Sustylable sincerely apologizes and will cover the shipping costs.

An alternative refund, like a coupon or a swap with an item of a similar price can always be arranged individually via Instagram or mail.

Returns are only accepted if the item is in original condition as it was when shipped.

A refund will take place once the item arrives and is revised. Then the time it takes for the money to be refunded to you depends on the method of payment. (Paypal or Banktransfer)
